Amix™ Mr. Popper's® Stevia is made from erythritol, a natural polyol (a sugar-free carbohydrate), and steviol glycosides (a high-purity extract from the stevia plant, which gives it its sweet taste). Thanks to its manufacturing process, we obtain a product with a natural, consistent flavour, free from artificial flavourings or flavour maskers.

Stevia does not raise blood sugar levels and is therefore suitable for people with diabetes, whilst also promoting dental health. Mr. Popper’s® Stevia also adds a pleasant flavour to your drinks (herbal teas, coffee, etc.) and sweet foods (or desserts). In fact, Mr. Popper’s® stevia has the advantage, compared to other stevia-based sweeteners, of being suitable for use in baked goods without the flavour turning sour due to the oxidation of the stevia itself.
