1. Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale set out the rights and obligations of Spartan Nutrition and its customer in relation to the online sale of food supplements, sports nutrition products and accessories. They apply to all orders placed on the website, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
The customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The products are intended for personal use; any resale is subject to the partner programme and separate terms and conditions.
2. Seller’s details
The website is published and operated by Spartan Nutrition, a company incorporated under Moroccan law. Details of the identification information (company name, registered office, registration number, ICE, publication director, web host) can be found on the Legal Notice page.

3. Products
The products on offer are those listed in the catalogue on the date of viewing, subject to availability. Photographs, descriptions, nutritional values and ingredients are provided for information purposes only, based on data supplied by the manufacturers; they are not binding on the seller in the event of any changes to the formula or packaging by the brand.
Food supplements are not medicines. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and have no therapeutic properties. They are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for minors, unless otherwise advised by a doctor. It is recommended that you seek advice from a healthcare professional before taking any of these products, particularly if you are currently undergoing treatment or have a medical condition. You should adhere to the recommended daily doses and keep the products out of the reach of children.
4. Prices
Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery area and displayed before the order is finalised; the pricing table can be found on the Delivery page.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed. Promotional offers are valid for the advertised period and whilst stocks last; unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined with one another.
5. Ordering
The ordering process involves the following steps: selecting items, checking the basket, entering delivery details, choosing the delivery and payment methods, and then confirming the order. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the prices displayed.
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by email. However, the order is only considered firm and final once confirmed by telephone or message by our team. If we are unable to contact you within 3 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is of an unusual nature, placed in bad faith, or placed by a customer with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
6. Payment
Payment may be made, at the customer’s discretion, in cash on delivery, by credit card online via a secure platform, or by bank transfer. Bank details entered online are transmitted in encrypted form and are never stored by the seller.
In the case of payment on delivery, the exact amount must be handed over to the carrier upon delivery of the parcel. Failure to pay will result in the parcel being returned to the seller.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer, throughout Morocco. The delivery times quoted are expressed in working days and run from the date the order is confirmed; they are provided for information only and a reasonable delay shall not give rise to any compensation.
The customer is required to check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver. Any complaints regarding a damaged or incomplete parcel must be made at the time of delivery or reported to the seller within 48 hours. Full terms and conditions are set out on the Delivery page.
Risk passes to the customer upon physical handover of the parcel.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures, the customer has a period of 7 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
This right cannot be exercised in respect of food supplements where the seal or lid has been broken, for compelling reasons of hygiene and food safety. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the error lies with the seller or the product is non-compliant.
The detailed terms and conditions, procedure and refund timescales are set out on the Returns and Refunds page, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
9. Guarantees and Conformity
The seller guarantees that the products delivered comply with the order and are genuine. All items are sourced from the brands or their authorised distributors and are delivered with a sufficient use-by date.
The customer is entitled to the statutory guarantees against hidden defects under the terms set out in the Dahir establishing the Code of Obligations and Contracts.
10. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable in the event of improper use of the products, failure to comply with the recommended dosages, unreported contraindications, or damage resulting from the actions of a third party or the customer themselves.
Nor shall the seller be held liable for the temporary unavailability of the website, or for indirect damages such as loss of business or loss of opportunity.
11. Customer Account
Creating an account allows you to track your orders and speed up future purchases. The customer is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for any transactions carried out via their account. It is their responsibility to report any fraudulent use without delay.
The seller may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations. It is processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. The customer has the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of their data, which they may exercise by contacting contact@spartannutrition.ma. Further details are set out in our privacy policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website — text, images, logos, graphic design and site structure — are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Manufacturers’ trademarks and visuals remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable if the failure to fulfil its obligations results from a force majeure event as defined under Moroccan law, in particular in the event of a natural disaster, industrial action, disruption to communication or transport networks, or a decision by the public authorities.
15. Amendments to the terms and conditions
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the order, a copy of which is retained by the seller.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable solution: the customer is invited to contact customer services at contact@spartannutrition.ma before taking any further action. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
